Zak Haque, '01, Chairman - Stratford, CT
As the Chief Technology Officer of Bulldog Insurance and the CEO of Bond Insurance Group, Zak Haque brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the insurance industry to his role at Riverside Military Academy. His expertise encompasses leadership, strategic decision-making, and driving technological innovation to enhance business performance and customer satisfaction.
At Bulldog Insurance, Zak has demonstrated exceptional capabilities in scaling the company from a small family office, to a substantial enterprise with writing capability in 40+ states. His leadership facilitated two full technology refreshes, significantly improving software platform proficiency and compliance rates from 41% to 98%. His tenure saw remarkable advancements in performance management, client service standards, and sales performance management, which contributed to a dramatic increase in revenue volume and diversification of client portfolios.
As CEO of Bond Insurance Group, Zak successfully pivoted the company to focus on corporate insurance, expanding services to include employee benefits and capturing high-end premium accounts. His strategic relationships with key decision-makers have enabled the company to secure major contracts, including Toll Brothers Properties NE and Fire Fighter Union Benefits.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Zak is a dedicated educator and mentor. He has served as an Emergency Medical Services Instructor and Coordinator, showcasing his passion for teaching and developing others. His certifications and professional development credentials from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School, Yale School of Management, and Quantic School of Business and Technology, further solidify his expertise and commitment to continuous learning and leadership excellence.
Zak’s multifaceted skills extend beyond the corporate realm, as evidenced by his community involvement as a 32nd Degree Mason, volunteer firefighter, and EMT-B in Connecticut. Fluent in multiple languages, he embodies a global perspective and cultural sensitivity that enhance his leadership approach.

His leadership on the Board of Trustees and as Chairman of the Alumni Council underscores his dedication to fostering growth, innovation, and excellence within the Riverside Military Academy community.
Brett Wilson ’90, Vice-Chairman - Lakeland, FL
Brett Wilson was born and raised in Lakeland, Florida, and entered Riverside as a sophomore cadet during the 1987-88 school year. While at Riverside, he participated in Muscle College and Drill Team. Today, Wilson is the area construction manager for Starlight Homes in SW Florida. Health and fitness are at the forefront of his life, and he co-created the RMA Alumni Physical Training Group, which encourages 300-plus alumni to live healthy and fit lives. Wilson lives in Lakeland, Florida, with his wife Mandy. He is the proud father of Trent and Ellie, as well as his beloved hound mutt Rufus. When asked about the opportunity of joining the council, Wilson replied, “I am proud to serve and appreciate the opportunity to give back.”

Brian Greene ’90, Secretary - Suwanee, GA
Brian Greene was born and raised in Atlanta and graduated from Riverside Military Academy in 1990. He was co-captain of the football and basketball teams and was a first lieutenant in Alpha Company. After RMA, Mr. Greene attended the University of Georgia, where he was a member of the Kappa Sigma fraternity. True to his Riverside pedigree, he has been a leader in the Atlanta commercial construction market for 25 years. Mr. Greene has served as an executive and owner for two prospering subcontractor firms and led one organization to Inc. Magazine’s Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies. He now resides in Suwanee, Georgia with his wife, Noelle, and their two young children.
Dennis Agnelly ’66 – Spring, TX
Dennis Agnelly graduated from Riverside Military Academy in 1966. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University in 1970 and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army Reserve from ROTC. He also earned a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of New Orleans in 1972. Dennis was a certified public accountant from 1973 till 2017. Dennis has a diversified financial background with sixteen years with national public accounting firms, eight years in a corporate office with public energy companies, and six years as a change management and software technology consultant. For fifteen years Dennis was an independent certified public accountant and consultant to major public corporations. Dennis retired from the United States Army Reserve, after 28 years as a Lieutenant Colonel during his service he was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal with three OLCs. Dennis and his wife, Carolyn, have two children and three grandchildren. Dennis and Carolyn are now retired and enjoy traveling. Dennis is a member of the Board of Visitors as well as the Alumni Council.

Errol Bisso, '61 - Dora, AL
Errol Bisso, a native of New Orleans, graduated from Riverside Military Academy in 1961. Mr. Bisso attended Delta State University where he earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science. He has worked in many capacities since returning to Riverside in 1966, serving as a teacher, coach, counselor, assistant athletic director, registrar, and currently as the director of alumni relations. In total, he has dedicated more than 50 years of service to Riverside Military Academy. Mr. Bisso is a member of the National Wrestling Coaches Hall of Fame, The Northeast Georgia History Museum Sports Hall of Fame, The Riverside Military Academy Sports Hall of Fame, and the Delta State University Coaches Hall of Fame. He enjoys playing golf, hunting, and watching the Riverside Eagles athletic teams compete. Errol and his wife Barbara have been married for 50 years and have two grown children, Richard (RMA class of 1985) and Maria Elena. They reside in Dora, Alabama.
John Delcambre, '66 - Midland, TX
Dr. John Delcambre attended Riverside from 1961-66. He enlisted in the US Marine Corps after graduation and was assigned as a combat infantryman in Vietnam. He was assigned as a security guard at Naval Air Station Sangley Point in the Republic of the Philippines and in 1968 was selected for Marine Force Reconnaissance where he received parachute and extensive amphibious and underwater training. Following release from active duty, John was employed as a senior diving instructor for San Diego Divers Supply where he worked in sales, and development, and provided underwater instructions for private classes, the University of California, San Diego Harbor Police, and the National Science Foundation while he pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Biology at the University of California. In 1977 he received an MD degree from Texas Tech University School of Medicine and entered a five-year general surgery residency program at Scott and White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas. In 1980, John took a leave of absence from his residency to lead an American Red Cross Team on the Cambodian border to provide medical and surgical care to refugees and soldiers of the Southeast Asian Conflict. In 1983 he completed his residency and received his certification from the American Board of Surgery then entered surgical practice in east Texas. In 1986 Dr. Delcambre took a leave from private practice to join an international medical corps to provide care to Afghan refugees at the Afghan-Pakistan border during the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan. After returning to civilian surgical practice in Texas he joined the US Navy Reserve as a Medical Corps Officer. For the next 24 years, John alternated between reserve and active duty. His civilian practice led him back to his alma mater, Texas Tech, where he was an associate professor of surgery at the Midland Odessa, Texas Facility. As a Navy reservist, he worked as a general surgeon at naval hospitals in California, Florida, and Naples, Italy. He served as a Force Medical Officer for Military exercises in Alaska and the Philippines. In 1990 he was recalled to active duty and was deployed to the Persian Gulf as a fleet hospital general surgeon during Operation Desert Storm. In 1993 he was inducted a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and between 2005 and 2008 he served as Battalion Medical Officer for the Seabees and General Surgeon for Shock-Trauma Platoons in Iraq. In 2009 – 2010 he was deployed as a Seabee Battalion Medical Officer and a General Surgeon at the Role 3 Multinational Hospitals in Kandahar, Afghanistan. His military decorations include 3 Navy Commendations, the Marine Good Conduct Medal, 3 Purple Hearts, and Multiple unit awards and campaign medals. Since retirement from Texas Tech in 2013 and the Navy in 2014, he has worked as a Locum Tenens Surgeon covering acute care surgical assignments in multiple hospitals across Texas and Oklahoma. Since 2003, John has served on the Board of Directors of the Huth Charitable Foundation in Akron, Ohio. He has five children and two grandchildren. His youngest son is a 2016 graduate of Riverside. Dr. Delcambre and his wife Christine reside in Midland, Texas.

Zachary Garrett, '11 - Miami, FL
Zach Garrett graduated from Riverside Military Academy in 2011. He then went on to Georgia Southern University earning a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and multimedia communications in 2015. Zach returned to Riverside as a part-time member of the faculty in August of 2016 teaching Spanish and multimedia. Zach earned his Master of Education from the University of Georgia in 2017 and now teaches full-time at Riverside. Zach is responsible for bringing the video production program to Riverside where he teaches cadets the fundamentals of filming, editing, and producing their videos. Zach led the construction of the Multimedia Production Lab complete with Mac computers and iPads for cadets to learn on. The cadets in his production classes help Riverside produce internal and external video projects that help promote the Academy to stakeholders, both present and future.
Jason Klein, '08 - Spearfish, SD
While at Riverside, Jason was the Echo Company Commander, two-time Soccer captain, and President of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. As a cadet at Riverside, Jason served as Echo Company Commander, Varsity Soccer Captain, and President of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. After graduating from RMA, Jason went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science and a Master's Degree in Exercise Science from California University of Pennsylvania.
Jason is a Performance Coach and the Founder of Body of Purpose, a health and fitness mentorship company. He operates his company Bodyofpurpose.com while traveling around the world. Since 2010, Jason has helped more than 3,000 people transform their bodies and minds through fitness mentorship. He has trained clients from all walks of life, from youth soccer players and stay-at-home moms to United States Marines and Olympic Athletes. His work has been featured in several popular publications, including Turbulence Training, Early to Rise, and criticalBench.com. Jason credits Riverside for teaching him timeless core values, which continue to inspire him to think big and never quit.

Frank Piedra, '87 - Gainesville, GA
Frank Piedra spent 3 years at RMA where he graduated in 1987 as a First Sergeant. While at Riverside he played on the football, basketball, and baseball teams. After RMA he attended the University of Miami where he played baseball and graduated with a degree in business. After college, he worked for 15 years with Footlocker Inc. opening stores and setting up at major events such as the Super Bowl, World Series, and several all-star games for the NFL, NHL, and MLB. He is currently living in Miami, FL where he works for Great American Group which is a retail consultant group for both brick & mortar and .com business

Bryan Baldwin, '96, (Chairman Emeritus) - Cumming, GA
Bryan holds a Doctorate in Business Administration. His dissertation was focused on talent management strategies and executive retention in Fortune 500 companies. The findings of his research may help companies improve executive retention and provide suggestions for creating career journeys. He is a founding member of Leaders Excellence at Harvard Square and has been inducted into the prestigious Delta Mu Delta Honor Society for Business Administration. Bryan was proclaimed Outstanding Georgia Citizen by Secretary of State Brian Kemp for his business and civic contributions to the state of Georgia.

Sumner Cahoon, '49 - Gainesville, GA
Mr. Cahoon graduated from Riverside Military Academy in 1949 as 1st Lt. “D” Company. He attended the University of Maine where he earned a degree in chemical engineering and served as the President of SAE, and 1st Lt. Chemical Corp USAR as a Personnel Officer. Mr. Cahoon is the president of Associated Equities Real Estate Company. Since 1970, Associated Equities Real Estate has concentrated on apartment construction, developing the Snellville Nursing Home, and was a general partner of 17 limited partnerships that owned mobile home parks and apartment complexes. He has served on the board of directors of Interactive College of Technology for the past 28 years, a vocational school principally in Georgia, Texas, and Kentucky. Mr. Cahoon also served as assistant Scoutmaster to Troop 165, Atlanta for 11 years and was awarded the St. George Emblem. He has been on the Alumni Council for 15-plus years. Mr. Cahoon resides in Gainesville, GA, with his wife, Jan. Together they have four children and five grandchildren.
Charles Cook, '74 (Chairman Emeritus) - Bradenton, FL
Major Charles Cook graduated from Riverside Military Academy in 1974. He has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College and a Master of Science in Healthcare Services Administration from Central Michigan University. Major Cook is currently on active duty with the Directorate of Admissions at the United States Military Academy at West Point. He serves as the Reserve Affairs Officer in USMA Admissions. He also serves as an Admissions Officer for West Point and currently serves as the Florida State Admissions Coordinator. In addition, Major Cook serves as RMA’s USMA Admissions Officer providing advice and assistance throughout the admissions and nomination processes. Major Cook has combined over 40 years of civilian and military service working for the Department of Veterans Affairs, the U.S. Air Force, and the U.S. Army. He is a Medical Service Corps officer and served in the U.S. Air Force where he was an engineer. When not on active military duty Major Cook is a Senior Healthcare Inspector with the Office of Healthcare Inspections, Office of the Inspector General at the Department of Veterans Affairs. He is also assigned as the Staff Support Officer for the Command Group, Army Reserve Medical Command. Major Cook is an avid pilot and is known to fly from Florida to RMA to support cadet applications and faculty in-service training. He lives in Bradenton, Florida with his wife, Tina, and son, Tyler.
Ron Fenner, '66 (Chairman Emeritus) - Spartanburg, SC
Ron Fenner graduated from Riverside Military Academy in 1966. Mr. Fenner graduated from the Citadel and was commissioned a 2Lt in the US Army. In his 23 years of active, and US Army National Guard service, he served as Detachment Commander, Company Commander, Battalion Logistics Officer, and Brigade Communications Security Officer until his retirement at the rank of major. His military education includes the Basic and Advanced Signal Officer School, the Army Communications Security School, and the Army Command and General Staff College. He has twice received the Army Commendation Medal and the Air Medal four times while in service in Vietnam. Mr. Fenner began his civilian career as a coal broker, and after 10 years started his own company covering the eastern part of the country, a career spanning 35 years. He and his wife, Beth, have two children, Elizabeth and Christopher. Beth and Ron currently reside in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Bernard Freeman, '58 (Chairman Emeritus) - Vero Beach, FL
Mr. Freeman is a 1958 graduate of Riverside Military Academy. He attended the United States Military Academy from 1958 to 1960 and graduated from the University of Virginia School of Engineering with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering in 1964. From 1964 to 1973 he held a variety of engineering positions with the Virginia Department of Highways, E.I. Dupont Engineering, and Construction and Allied Chemical Corp. Engineering. He joined Steel-Fab Inc. in Fitchburg, Massachusetts in 1973 as general manager. He purchased the company in 1979 and became chairman, president, and CEO from 1979 to 2007. Since 2007 he has been chairman and treasurer. Mr. Freeman and his wife, Marcia, divide their time between homes in Vero Beach, Florida, and East Harwich, Massachusetts.

John McKernan II, ‘88 (Chairman Emeritus) - Roswell, GA
Mr. McKernan graduated from Riverside Military Academy in 1988. He studied at Shorter College. After leaving Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2013, Mr. McKernan founded Two Brown Dogs Realty as the broker of record focusing on the areas along the 400 Corridor of Buckhead, Roswell, Alpharetta, and Lake Lanier, Georgia. His professional life has included corporate compliance investigation responsibilities reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer of then Prudential Bank. Mr. McKernan has also served as co-owner of a web design firm and managing partner for McKernan Consulting, LLC. He has served on the Triangle Inc. Board of Directors in a variety of positions including President. He has served, and his wife currently serves, on the board of The Soaring Hawks Foundation as President, which is a foundation set up to meet any needs of the teaching and administration staff of Hembree Springs Elementary School. Mr. McKernan enjoys mentoring young men who have struggled with alcoholism and drug addiction. He also coaches soccer in the Roswell Santos Soccer Club's Junior Academy. Mr. McKernan resides in Roswell, GA with his wife, Tracy, and their son, Trey.
Daniel "Bud" Oakey, '75 (Chairman Emeritus) - Richmond, VA
Bud Oakey graduated from Riverside Military Academy in 1975. Mr. Oakey is Chairman and Managing Director of Advantus Strategies, LLC. He specializes in assisting and growing strategic business relationships with local, state, and federal governments, crisis public relations, and influencing public policy issues impacting clients. Recently appointed by Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe to the Virginia Aviation Board, Mr. Oakey has been an active participant in numerous transportation and economic development programs throughout Virginia. He has represented business interests before the Virginia General Assembly since 1989 and previously represented economic development interests before Louisiana's legislature and administration. Mr. Oakey's extensive communications background includes serving as Louisiana Press Secretary for former President George Bush's 1988 election campaign. He also served as a member of Virginia Governor James S. Gilmore, III's transition team responsible for initial public policy recommendations concerning the Virginia Department of Transportation. He is an appointed member of several Advisory Committees of the Joint Commission on Science and Technology including Technology in Transportation, Topics in Law and Technology, Uniform Computer Information Transaction Act (UCITA), and the Uniform Electronic Technology Act (UETA) and Privacy. Mr. Oakey resides in Richmond, Virginia.
Paul Posner, '56 - Social Circle, GA
Paul Posner graduated from Riverside Military Academy in 1956. Mr. Posner attended DeKalb College before entering the United States Army where he served as a military police officer. Following his service, Mr. Posner worked at the DeKalb County Sherriff’s Department as a police officer for over 20 years before retiring in 2000. Upon retiring, Mr.Posner and his wife relocated to Social Circle, “Georgia’s greatest little town” where he became involved in civic activities. In 2006 he was awarded Walton County Chamber of Commerce’s Ambassador of the Year and in 2010 Social Circle’s Unsung Hero Award. He and his wife, Nancy, have one son.
E.J. Salcines, '56 (Chairman Emeritus) - Tampa, FL
Judge E.J. Salcines is a 1956 graduate of Riverside Military Academy. He earned a bachelor of arts degree from Florida Southern College, a doctor of jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law, and two honorary doctorate degrees from Stetson University College of Law and Florida Southern College. Judge Salcines had a distinguished career as a federal and state prosecutor for 22 years, appointed as Judge of the appellate court in 1998, followed by 13 years of private practice. For 35 years, he was a summer faculty member at Northwestern University Law School. In 1974, The National District Attorney’s Association awarded Judge Salcines its Special Merit Award as one of the outstanding prosecuting attorneys nationally. In 1979, Salcines was knighted by King Juan Carlos of Spain into the Royal Order of Queen Isabella, and in 2014 he was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Florida Prosecuting Attorneys Association. He was named RMA’s Distinguished Alumnus in 2003. He and his wife, Elsa, reside in Tampa, FL.
Seth Wagner, '56 - Crystal Lake, IL
Mr. Seth Wagner is a 1956 graduate of Riverside Military Academy. He founded Fabrik Molded Plastics in 1978 after working in the field of molded plastics for 20 years. Today, Fabrik is a third-generation company and is considered a premiere worldwide custom plastic injection and insert molding manufacturer. He attended the University of Chicago for two years, served in the U.S. Army, and then attended and graduated from Roosevelt University. Wagner is a former member of the RMA Alumni Council and serves on the RMA Board of Visitors. He was recognized as the Distinguished Alumnus in 2017.
