Riverside Prep's beautiful 206-acre campus is nestled on Lake Lanier in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in northeast Georgia one hour north of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
Enrollment currently averages 200 with cadets from 14 different countries and 25 U.S. states. Ninety-five percent are boarding and five percent are day cadets. International enrollment is 15% of the corps.
Over $4.2 million in merit-based scholarships was awarded to the class of 2020. Small classes, diverse offerings, and engaging curricula are made for the way boys learn. Weekly grades, access to teachers outside of class, and mandatory study periods are part of the program.
Cadets in 8th grade through 12th grade participate in JROTC learning about leadership, health and wellness, physical fitness, American history and government, emotional intelligence, and more. They are also eligible to compete on JROTC-sponsored teams such as Air Rifle, Drill, Raiders, and Academic Bowl.
We offer band, video production, and art for cadets at any ability level. Our flexible programs allow cadets to participate in athletics, club sports, and the arts.
A collaboration between the Senior Army Instructor, college counselors, and the respective service academies. Service Academy Preparation Program (SAPP) guides qualified cadets through the admissions process for the five United States Service Academies.
There are currently nine Riverside Alumni attending one of the five U.S. Service Academies.
Riverside aims to keep tuition reasonable and commensurate with our peers. We offer need-based financial aid to domestic and international families. 64 percent of families are awarded financial aid.
